Provide 1st Line professional IT support services, maintaining a smoothly running operation that ensures meeting company security standards and Policies.
• Performs network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems in Sites.
• Responds to the needs and questions of users concerning their access to IT resources on the network and the operation of various software programs.
• Open Contact with third-party maintenance for IT services Hardware and Telecommunications.
• Ensure Antivirus & S/W are properly deployed to all PC’s / Laptops.
• Helpdesk Operation coordination.
• Works with his team to provide level 1 support to the end users, inspects PC’s equipment, prepares PC’s for delivery, install hardware and peripheral components on user's premises.
• Works with internal/external technical support centers to find resolution.
• Transfer Knowledge to the rest of help desk staff to answer and resolve incoming calls.
• Following of Policies & Procedures as appropriate.
• Coordinate and ensures up to date technical documentation of the installed SW and HW.
• Collect computer assets tracking reports and report any discrepancies.
• Calls software and hardware vendors to request service regarding defective products, and ensures periodic maintenance & repairs.
• Monitors and tracks front-office SW licenses installation, and keeps up to date track of license information on the installed base.
• Average fix of users issues within acceptable timeline.
• User’s satisfaction.
